Steps to Apply for Admission
Step 1: Get to know us
The Atonement Academy offers a variety of ways to get to know about the school:
Admissions materials – Admissions materials are updated every year. There is a lot of important information as well as pertinent dates contained in these materials. To receive these materials, please contact our Director of Admissions, Mrs. Yolanda Joiner, at Admissions@AtonementOnline.com.
Campus Tours – The best way to learn about The Atonement Academy is to visit the campus. Individual family tours are available and can be scheduled through our Director of Admissions, Mrs. Yolanda Joiner, at Admissions@AtonementOnline.com.
Parent Information Night and Social – Each year, The Atonement Academy holds an Information Night and Social for prospective parents of candidates, which includes a presentation by the administration as well as an opportunity for students to meet their teachers.
Step 2: Submit an application for admission
Step 3: Take the Admission/Placement Test
All candidates seeking admission should take the Admission/Placement test. Candidates who submit a completed application for admission are required to make an appointment for the Admission/Placement Test with the Director of Admissions, Mrs. Yolanda Joiner, Admissions@AtonementOnline.com.
Step 4: Take a tour of our Campus
All candidates seeking admission should tour the school and meet with a member of The Academy staff. At this point you will receive all the information needed for enrollment.
Step 5: Submit documents
The following documents are required for Acceptance:
- Most recent immunization forms.
- All available report cards
- Unofficial transcript (for Upper School)
- Birth certificate
- Baptismal certificate (if applicable)

Step 6: Receive decision email
All candidates who have submitted a complete application for admission, have taken the Admission/Placement, have participated in an interview, and for whom The Atonement Academy is able to receive transcript materials from his/her respective school, will receive an email detailing the decision, with instructions on completing the enrollment process if accepted.
