conrad-kidsStudent Enrollment for 2017-2018 began January 1st and is now open to the public! Our very first re-enrolled students are featured here:  Julia Conrad and her brother, Diego. We commend their family for being the first to secure their place in our school for 2017-2018. We welcome our new and returning students for the 2017-2018 school year and encourage all to make re-enrollment and enrollment plans as soon as possible.

Re-Enrollment of Current Students

If you are interested in re-enrolling your student, it is important that you get your application in quickly to secure his or her seat in class for next year. To re-enroll your student: log into your Parent Account, update your information, and resubmit your application for enrollment. The enrollment fee is $600. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after that. For more information, please visit: https://school.atonementonline.com/index.php/returning-students-re-apply/

New Student Enrollment

First, we would like to welcome you to The Atonement Academy! We look forward to meeting you as soon as possible–you should schedule a visit so we can get to know you and so that you can become familiar with the school. Campus visits typically begin at 8:45am with a tour and conclude with the 9:15am Daily Mass. Please call Mary Havel at (210-)695-2240 to schedule your campus visit. A placement exam is required for students in 1st Grade and above, and it may be scheduled for after your tour or at another time. Here is a link that has more information on what is required how to apply as well as the application itself: https://school.atonementonline.com/index.php/admissions/

Financial Aid

The Registration or Enrollment fee for new and returning students is $600. Each month, tuition is $725, paid over a span of 11 months. Though these are standard costs, realize that The Atonement Academy gives over $530,000 in financial aid each school year. AS an overview, there are three different types of financial aid available at The Atonement:

  • Hope for the Future: Hope for the Future provides need-based tuition assistance for Catholic and non-Catholic students who meet eligibility requirements and enroll in one of the Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of San Antonio. Tuition assistance is prioritized by financial need and based on available funding.  Apply Online
  • Family Cap Assistance Program: To make a Catholic education a reality for large families, The Atonement Academy provides assistance to families that have three or more children enrolled in grades Kindergarten through Grade 12.  (Pre-K not included.)  The maximum payment made per month based on 11 monthly payments would be $1495 per family if approved for the maximum amount. Please print and fill out the application, then turn it in to the Business Office for approval. Application
  • Parish Assistance: The Parish Assistance application provides financial aid to deserving students of The Atonement Academy who are from families that are registered and active parishioners of Our Lady of the Atonement Catholic Church. The fund is comprised of voluntary donations from parishioners and other interested parties, and it is administered by our finance committee.  Because fund resources are limited, tuition assistance is based on a fully documented demonstration of financial need. Please contact the Parish Office for more information.
